Please read these terms carefully before using Dreamtime. By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by them.
Dreamtime provides personalised bedtime stories for children, delivered daily via our mobile app. Each subscription covers one household and any number of children within it.
You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any children whose data you add to Dreamtime. By registering you confirm this is the case.
New accounts receive a free trial period. No payment is required to start. The length of the trial is displayed at sign-up and may change from time to time for new customers.
We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or by emailing hello@trydreamtime.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then. We do not offer partial-month refunds.
If you experience a technical fault that prevents you from accessing the service for an extended period due to our error, contact us and we will consider a pro-rata refund at our discretion. We are not obligated to provide refunds for change of mind after the free trial has ended.

All software, branding, and infrastructure underlying Dreamtime remains our property. Generated stories and illustrations are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
We aim to deliver a new story to each household every day. However, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted delivery. We will not be liable for missed stories caused by third-party service outages, maintenance windows, or events outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreamtime's liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will give you at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
